Leap Year Rules

Rule 1: If divisible by 4, it's usually a leap year
Rule 2: If divisible by 100, it's not a leap year
Rule 3: Unless it's also divisible by 400, then it is a leap year
Examples:
• 2000: Leap (divisible by 400)
• 1900: Not leap (divisible by 100)
• 2024: Leap (divisible by 4)
